Round 14 Round-up
Catch up on Saturday's action in The Championship.
Each of the top four earned victories while Ampthill continued their good form on an action-packed Saturday which saw all 12 Championship teams in action.

Coventry surge back in style
Coventry surged back from 24-10 down to beat Chinnor 43-37 in a thriller in Oxfordshire and stay third.
The tone was set inside two minutes, Thomas Watson crossing for the hosts, before Dan Green charged down a box-kick and latched on to the loose ball to level matters.
The tries kept coming, with Luke Carter also among the scorers for a home side who made effective use of the lineout to stretch their advantage.
Coventry fought back through Toby Trinder and a penalty try to make it 24-24 at the break, after which they went ahead through Jordon Poole’s score.
Dafydd-Rhys Tiueti and debutant Mackenzie Graham also crossed for second-half tries, sealing the victory against a Chinnor side who scored another catch and drive before Kieran Goss’ late score ensured the hosts had the final word.
Ampthill hold on at Caldy
Ampthill made it back-to-back wins with a hard-fought 27-22 success at Caldy.
The hosts raced into a 15-0 lead in the first half, with Ollie Hearn’s score added to by a penalty try.
Ampthill reduced the deficit through Charlie Bracken’s try before the interval and they were level soon after it when Rhys Marshall’s converted score was followed by Louie Johnson’s penalty.
Hearn’s second restored Caldy’s advantage but Josh Hallett and Oran McNulty hit back in quick succession to put Ampthill five points in front with 25 minutes to play.
It was a lead they held on to as they climbed a place to eighth in the table.
Worley at the double for Blues
Bedford Blues ran in six tries to defeat Cornish Pirates 45-24 and keep hold of second spot.
Pirates needed fewer than 30 seconds to open the scoring, Chester Ribbons running the length of the field, but two tries from Matt Worley and one from Will Maisey gave the hosts a 24-14 lead at the break, with Matt McNab scoring the visitors’ second try.
Louis James crossed to secure the bonus point and there were also tries for Joe Howard and Luke Frost to send the 3,503-strong crowd home happy.
Arthur Relton and Harry Yates scored second-half tries for Pirates to send them back to Cornwall with a bonus point.
Austin magic seals Hartpury success
Hartpury consolidated their place in the top four with a 33-19 win at bottom club Cambridge.
Robbie Smith, Jarrard Hayler and Harry Short crossed in the first 40 minutes to open up a 19-7 half-time lead for the visitors, with Kayde Sylvester going over for Cambridge.
Joseph Gaffan’s converted score reduced the deficit to five points early in the second half but Mike Austin’s superb solo effort secured a bonus point for Hartpury and gave them breathing space.
Ewan Baker scored the hosts’ third but Hartpury made the game safe when Austin turned provider and set up replacement Ollie Wilson to go over.
Knights turn on the second half style
A rampant second half saw Doncaster Knights build on last weekend’s impressive win over leaders Ealing Trailfinders with a 42-5 win at London Scottish.
A cagey first half gave little sign of what was to come, with Knights going into the break 7-5 in front after George Roberts’ converted score followed Will Talbot-Davies’ opener.
It was a different story after the restart, with Adam Hopkinson, Will Parry and Morgan Strong crossing in the space of eight minutes to seal Knights’ bonus point.
Cory Teague and Obi Ene scored late on to add gloss to the scoreline.
Collins inspires Trailfinders success
Tom Collins scored four times as leaders Ealing Trailfinders bounced back from a rare defeat last time out with an 82-5 win over Nottingham.
Trailfinders led 42-0 at half-time and it remained one-way traffic after the break, with Michael Stronge, Reuben Bird-Tulloch and Scott Buckley each crossing for doubles.
Michael Dykes and Craig Hampson also dotted down for the West London outfit, with Jack Dickinson scoring Nottingham’s sole try.
