Hartpury and Jersey Reds kick off the weekend at the Alpas Arena in what will be part of a double-header with Gloucester-Hartpury's Allianz Cup clash against Worcester Warriors. The Reds travel to the Westcountry looking to stretch their unbeaten run to seven rounds but will be well aware of the threat posed by Hartpury after the two sides played out a 31-40 thriller in the corresponding fixture last season. Cornish Pirates take on London Scottish at The Mennaye, with the visitors improving week by week but still winless so far this term. Pirates have had a slow start to the season by their standards, but a fourth victory on Saturday could see them climb to seventh. The two sides above Cornish Pirates in the table; Doncaster Knights and Ampthill, go head to head at Castle Park with each having come out on the opposite ends of two-point games in Round 6. The Knights were pipped 19-17 by Jersey last Friday, while Ampthill fought back to clinch a 26-24 win against Caldy. Both sides will now be looking to secure valuable points and head into December in the top half of the table. Caldy face Coventry, with the visitors on the hunt for a third straight win, but face a tough test in front of another big crowd at Paton Field against an improving side that has scored more try bonus points than any other team in the bottom half of The Championship. Ealing Trailfinders welcome Nottingham to West London and are hot favourites to secure a seventh straight bonus point win, but - point for point - face the most improved side in the league, who currently sit third in the table. Richmond and Bedford Blues meet at The RAG in a fixture that the hosts edged 22-19 last season. Rob Powell's charges will be desperate to bank their second win of the campaign and put space between themselves and local rivals London Scottish at the foot of the table, while Mike Rayer's side know that a win on the road could well see the high-flying Blues leapfrog Nottingham into third place.

Here's a look at how the sides line up.
