Hartpury University played their rugby in the Championship for the very first time in 2017-18, and despite its student origins, they are gradually developing into a community club.
Since its inception in 2000, the Gloucestershire-based outfit have earned nine promotions in 13 seasons, most recently topping National League One during the 2016-17 season, with 30 wins from 30 - including 28 try bonus points.
A feeder club to Premiership side Gloucester, Hartpury College boast a plethora of young talent in their ranks.
Among the club’s alumni is England wing Jonny May, former British & Irish Lion Alex Cuthbert and Dan Tuohy of Ireland.
Other notable graduates include: Dan Robson, Henry Trinder and England Sevens star Dan Norton.
The club finished the 2018/19 season in 11th place, narrowly avoiding relegation.
